Product Overview

Junyi series Plate and Frame Filter Press is widely used for solid-liquid separation, with perfect performance, easy operation.

Working principle: The suspended solution is pumped into filter chamber, under the feeding pressure, the filtrate pass through the filter media and then discharged from the outlet. The solid will becomes to filter cakes. Thus realize solid liquid separation.

One plate and one frame from a filter chamber, the cloth is hung on the filter plate, which is very convenient to replace.

Type of pressing method: Manual type and hydraulic type.

Application: It is suitable for the petroleum, oil industry, chemical, dye, metallurgy, light industry, coal washing, textile, water treatment, energy, etc.
